“Excellent service from Rapid Orthopedic Supplies!!! I recently had knee surgery and was referred to Rapid Orthopedic to get the Iceman3 circulating ice water system to aid in recovery after surgery. Brandon called me prior to the surgery and pre-arranged all the details. The day of surgery he delivered the equipment on time so the post op nurses were able to get me setup on the placement of the ice pad. Brandon also met with my wife to get the instructions on use, etc. This really helped in recovery of my knee to keep swelling down. “My wife and I have been living here for over year. We have immensely enjoyed life here. It's very dog friendly and we have a beautiful view of the lake from our apartment. The grounds are always very clean with great landscaping. We love the paved walking path along the lake with nature all around it and go on it often. The office staff has always been very responsive, especially Celeste, she has been very welcoming and helpful, anything I've needed she has quickly resolved it for me. Bre, in the office, is also friendly and accommodating. I would like to add that Brian, who's on the maintenance staff, is very professional, courteous, and fast. Every maintenance request I have submitted he resolves within 1 or 2 days.”
