  Best atmosphere and people. Working out at STX is fun. You don’t mind the hard work when you’re sharing it with Family. I joined STX a little over a year ago. Best life decision I ever made.

  STX is a great gym, full of members of every performance level. The coaches will modify any workout and movements to get you the results you want. The gym has a genuine feel of community and it makes you WANT to get in there and do the work.

  This is our second home. We’ve made life long friends that have become like family. Every workout is varied & challenging, but easily altered to your capability. I’ve tried a few gyms in the area, none compare to the family friendly environment at STX. We love this place!!!!
