“Always nice. Better than any other pharmacy I have used, though I can't quite give 5 stars. They are usually very quick preparing my order, however, it occasionally takes longer than normal to fill an RX my doctor has sent over and when I call (2-3 days later) to check the status, they haven't started to work on it yet and it is obvious they had it prior to my call. This pharmacy closes down for lunch from 1:00-2:00 every day, it is not listed on Google or in store. This next item does not dock their star status but is hopefully helpful to other customers. If you drive-through, they staple your credit card inside the bag with your medicine. Some people may like that, I prefer to have it back in my hand to put right back in my wallet. Twice I've gone onto my next errand and forgotten the card in the car.”

“I want to thank everyone at Dr. Louis P. Coates office. OUTSTANDING TEAM! He has some very friendly and amazing staff beginning with the front office to the knowledgeable and caring nurses. Easy to get in with minimal waiting. I know it is difficult to satisfy everyone, but his crew goes beyond what is needed. You can tell that the people there are not only knowledgeable, but really care. They have been very accommodating squeezing my family and I for last minute appointments. I am not a complainer but I do like to give respect where respect is needed. I am a disabled veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. I have had my share long waiting time and misdiagnoses problems from the V.A. Hospitals. I highly recommend Dr. Coates and his Staff. "Semper Paratus " Luke Cage"”
