Currently I am pregnant with hip and nerve pain. I am getting chiropractic care and am doing physical therapy but was looking for a massage to relieve some tension. I have never got a massage like this one here with Lisa. I would not call it a massage, if you are looking to relax, this is not for you. If you are looking for tension release and can breathe through the pain of her strong hands on those tight muscles, this is a must try! I wouldn’t say all my pain is gone because I still have work to do on strengthening those muscles and keeping my bones aligned but I did have immediate knee relief that was a stubborn pain that I couldn’t seem to relieve. Thank you Lisa for blessing me and baby with your skills :)

Every time I come in I feel ‘at home’. It is very peaceful, but also professional. Lisa is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work which allows me to trust her with my body. I have already booked another session and would definitely recommend. 5/5.

Lisa has such a relaxing and calm space and a great personality! This body work was so life changing for me, to feel such relief of aches and pains its crazy! I even fell asleep a couple of times. I 100% recommend Lisa's body work! I love how my body feels! She was amazing and the body work was a dream come true!

As the therapist here, my opinion may be bias to some, but I love the connection I make with each individual who walks through the door, even the ones who isn't a client yet. I communicate so the person understands the treatment, provide snacks and refreshments, and offer quiet time after session if needed, or talk more. It's a happy place for me, and I hope it becomes one for you as well.

OMG! Lisa definitely knows what she is doing! She is vey detailed about her work and not to mention very excited! My son and I went to get our liver worked on. Believe it or not, my liver was not were it was supposed to be. After the session, my liver was not only back in place, my stance was better a well! I definitely recommend Lisa for ALL body work! She definitely has a forever client! Thanks a bunch Lisa!
