When I got there, a not so friendly young woman told me I had to come back to schedule an appointment to be seen since it was 20 till 5:00 pm. I was trying to explain the situation to this women and she was not having it. A wonderful woman named Norma Ochoa told she she’d try to help me out. She exceeded my expectations with getting my account straight and got a new debit card issued to me. She was so kind and helpful. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I was out the door before 5:00 pm. Norma took the time to help out when she could have asked me to come back. She exemplifies customer service!”

“The process of working with Home Improvements of Colorado has been great. Lori came out initially to talk about the refacing of the cabinets in my kitchen and three bathrooms. She was very friendly and provided a written estimate via email the next day. The bid was detailed so that I could decide what options I wanted. Lori was very responsive via phone and email to all of my questions. After deciding to move forward Lori and Mark came out to measure and brought the sample colors to match with my counters and tile. The installation process was very smooth. Mark and JD arrived the first day and discussed the project. JD took care of the installation over a four day period and completed the project ahead of schedule. JD did great work, he was careful to protect surfaces like counters and appliances, answered any questions that I had and was very precise and detailed in his work. He did a great job and I think the kitchen and bathrooms look great. JD always arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. After completion of the project Lori and Mark came the next day to confirm the completion and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Home Improvements of Colorado for cabinet refacing.”
