“I would say the owner of this place was the most trustful person that I have ever seen among all the garages and auto sales in Dallas. My car used to have some issues and I went to different garages to fix it. “The car purchased was a fail at first as it had problems. Come to find out my battery light came on the day after a problem was fixed. They said the oil change was new but it wasn’t. 3 new tires but one wasn’t I’m assuming as they were unable to take it off as not even a mechanic was they had to use a gun to take it off. A power steering wire was damaged without advising, didn’t advise of new brakes or rotors were going to be needed, ABS sensor was damaged. I fixed them all due to I don’t want to constantly fight with them because overall the staff is great, they’re nice but just those problems encountered is what I did not like & the pricing I don’t think was a great price for the miles and yeara and problems it had. But at the time I needed a car was going to test it out normally I’m the type to complain but at this point I’m like whatever cause karma comes one way or another if someone does someone else dirty. But again the staff is great and very responsive. I wish they had an online payment system without fees though instead of always driving there. But again great sales teams as well as theyre personalities.”

“When I was getting my first car (2009), I didn't know what to look for. Eventually, I told my grandparents and they told me about a guy who finds cars for a good price. He asked ,e what I was looking for. Naturally, with it being my first car, I had a small list:1) The engine works.2) I can get from A to B with the least hassle.3) The air conditioning works (I live in Texas).I also told him about how I did my learning in a Honda and I liked the way it handled. Eventually, he found me a couple of Corollas to look through. He said that two of them were in excellent condition (although one of them felt like it had shock and steering problems) while the third one was in a wreck and had repair work done. However, he guaranteed they all worked. I took the best one with the least amount of problems: a 1996 Toyota Corolla. When we had our mechanic work on it, he said that he was amazed that the car was in as good of condition as it was. The only work he did on it was replace the steering fluid, replace a brake light, and reconnect the electronics in one of the doors.”

“Writing this on my son's behalf. Earlier this month he purchased a 2017 MB C300 with 96k miles. The purchase process was easy and low pressure. We came in with pre-approved financing but they checked to see if they could score a better interest rate, which was also wonderful. We took the car in this week for an inspection (yeah after buying it, but hey...) and the "B" service and the shop we took it to was taken back on how great of condition it was in for having almost 100k miles and surprising had no further service recommendations. “Been searching for months for a car for our soon-to-be 16 year old daughter. Highly recommend working with Leann. I contacted her and told her what we were looking for and she would send me cars that she thought fit our specifications. She sent me a LOT of cars. I had a million concerns on what to get my new driver and she stayed professional and never was bothered by all my questions. Finally we made a choice (and that was after looking around at other car dealers) and she made the buying process simple. She sent us the car info on a Wednesday, we purchased by Friday and we gave it to our daughter the next Tuesday. All before our car was even photographed for their website. THEN. Leann literally delivers the car at 8:30 at night to surprise our daughter (yes with a bow!).
