“During a very stressful Texas winter storm, Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit concluded a trying situation with a Smile. An unforeseen incident occurred involving my daughter’s vehicle. It’s was approximately three weeks before one of her milestone birthdays. Upon delivering the vehicle to Chuck Fair Banks Collision Unit, I expressed my desire for a game plan to retrieve a repaired vehicle by this particular date. Mr. Richard provided excellent customer service from drop-off to pick up. Our first point of contact explained what needed to be done and the scheduled days for the specific action to occur. As a good business representative, Mr. Richard would not guarantee the vehicle would be ready when I so eagerly wanted it to be. Still, he was very empathetic and stated he would make sure the team would do their best to accommodate my request. Mr. Richard expressed top customer relations by continuously providing updates with the vehicle status, which helped with my stress level. I will be back. update: We drove the bike home Saturday, super happy with the entire experience, however, Monday Dallas Harley-Davidson calls to tell us they will pick the bike up Wednesday to do the service, put on new tires and make sure it is 100% ready for to go by the weekend. They pick up the bike Wednesday morning and had it back to me by lunch Thursday!!! New tires, new clutch master cylinder cover, new brakes....the whole 9 yards!
