I’m greeted in the front office by a wonderful lady named Nadia. She was courteous, friendly, and attentive. She followed up with me and kept me in the loop all the way from drop off, to the repair estimate to completion. The quality of work performed on my truck 🛻 was also superb 💯. The prices are very reasonable, specially if you pay cash 💵. I can’t think of a time where I’ve been anywhere to get my truck repaired and I received this type of superior service. “***This review has been edited from its original, view below for the original review*** After expressing my displeasure of the services rendered with the service tech and ultimately the manager, the shop took my car back in and corrected the issues, even going as to respray my body panels twice due to color variances with the paint. Overall, it's unfortunate that it was necessary to visit this body shop twice for an issue, but they made it right. And for that I am grateful. I will update the review to give it 4 stars. If this hadn't been such a debacle, and my car had been taken care of initially, this would be a 5 star review. Original review: I'd recommend giving other shops your business before utilizing this one. I've used Caliber Collision in the past on other insurance claims on my vehicles, both shops were located in the Houston area. Both times the shops were attentive and communicated well and I was incredibly impressed with the work they had done. This shop was the exact opposite experience. Incredibly poor communication, each time I got an update, I was the one calling the shop. It took over 3 weeks from dropping off the car to getting it back for a bumper replacement and paint work, and upon receipt, the paint is already chipped in multiple spots. In addition to this, I'm now missing a piece of the bumper that was on the car originally. This shop gets 3 stars, as they color matched the paint very well, but the slew of other issues keeps me from giving them a better review.”

“Got a flat this morning on the way to work. I called a few places before Oscar's and none had my size tired. I should have called him first. He immediately called me back and was extremely friendly and professional. He had my tire size and the best price of any of the bigger businesses I called. He arrived at my location and had my tire replaced in less time than he quoted me! He even waited to make sure I was able to drive off safely. I definitely recommend Oscar's and should I need his services in the future, he'll be the first and only place I call.”

“We were referred by the insurance to another body repair shop. The manager told us the damages were two separate jobs when the damage happened on the same night. Luckily, I was referred by friend to Ist Class Collission. They took pictures, processed the insurance papers and got us both damages fixed as one incident (saved us one $500 deductibles). They provided us a rental car from their own garage. We exceeded our $500 rental car allowance, but they did not charge us extra. They also gave us a discount on out deductibles. When we got our car, we were so happy with the job they did. The parts replaced were way better than pre-accident. They also did extra fixing the minor dents and paint scratches free of charge. They washed and vacuumed before returning our car. We have been going to Toyota center in Richardson three times with our 3 different cars and were disasters if not life-threatening because of substandard jobs. They even trusted me of not paying my deductible part since I did not bring my check. Then I forgot almost 2 weeks. I never got a reminder call. I apologized profusely but they were so understanding and caring. The staff, Mr. Hernandez, his wife were all helpful, polite, and honest. I highly recommend this shop.”
