“We’ve been taking our kids to this gym for the last 4 years. The main staff here is excellent with great customer service. Liz takes care of everyone. We’ve been so fortunate to have great coaches (Carol, Maria, Chris, & Janet, to name a few) for our kids as well and really love that there isn’t much turnover amongst the full-time staff. It makes for a “family feel” as your kids continue to work with the same coaches. Great place for kids to learn social and physical skills!”

All are very knowledgeable of defense and boxing (thats the only class I took) The yoga Instructor and class is amazing too. I would recommend the free visits to this gym. You would want to join. I’m happy they are moving to a bigger space, they need it. I had to quit for personal reasons, but I will DEFINITELY be back!”

“Excellent facility, great concept, professional instructors and a wonderful workout each and every time. I've lived and traveled all over the world and being a very exercise-oriented person I can say I've joined innumerable number of gyms and fitness facilities, globally - everything from hot yoga to aerial fitness. Yet very few have impressed me as much as SPENGA in Uptown. Firstly - I love the concept. You get the benefits from three types of exercise: spin, strength training and yoga all in one session. This is great for people particularly prone to boredom. Secondly - The excellent execution of the classes: - No two classes are the same (once again great for people who get bored easily). I like the fact that there is a significant focus on building strength whereas many HIIT workouts I've experienced at other places, seem primarily cardio-focused. - I also like that there is a limited number of people allowed per class and each person gets their own set of equipment. This prevents issues from over crowding. - I also highly appreciate the fact that the equipment is sanitized after each and every session. Thirdly - The instructors are great. These are fit folk who know what they're doing. Not all fitness centers have competent instructors! Regardless of their own individual style of teaching, they are all fun, engaging and skilled. A personal thanks to Valerie and Erica for the great workouts and your friendly, welcoming faces every time I join your classes! Lastly - The professionalism of the staff is first rate. They will try and make your experience with the center an easy, effective and fun one. A huge thanks to James at the front desk who epitomizes best-in-class customer service. Great job Jinja! You should be proud of your team and the offering you've built. If you live in the Uptown area and want great fitness experience, I would highly recommend this place.”

“Happy to call YogaSix in Irving my home yoga studio. I’ve been going there since March ‘22. The studio is clean, instructors are knowledgeable, all staff is friendly and accommodating. My favorite is Katie. She is very creative, she always pushes us to try new poses and has her personal “touch” on every practice. If you want to melt your stress away on a Friday night Érica will take you on a journey to explore your breath and stretch those tired muscles. I’ve been doing yoga for a while but hot yoga at YogaSix really helped me to get more flexible in my 30’s vs in teens.”

They are very polite, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave us the application and the journal of the club for membership. It is very big and has many locations for all kinds of sports. It is really clean and worth visiting. They provide one free day for the new customers to tour the place and decide if they want to apply or not.
