“Awesome experience at BreakThrough PT in Amberly. Pooja Patel was my therapist for 25+ visits. I found Pooja to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time. Interns would diligently wipe down EVERYTHING I touched. Never saw a single exception.”

I went months of pain and not being able to do normal activities, couldn't raise my arm above my head! Being self paid with no insurance, i was worried about seeing physical therapist . Ben and the staff at mPower not only worked with me on every level possible, they even give me exercises to do on my own to help limit of how many times I come to their office. Great place to do therapy and to build friendships! Wonderful people. Even after months of not going, they still call to check on me and my family. Just great Wonderful people with lots of knowledge! “This place was absolutely wonderful. My favorite first impression was the marketer, Stacy, she was thorough, she answer all my questions, and she followed up pretty quickly. The hardest part is placing a loved one, and when you work with a facility like the villages of Dallas, it makes things less stressful. This place actually really opens up when you arrive. They house independent living, assisted living, and they also house memory care. They also Are a nursing facility, So they do skilled care as well. This facility is right by life school, right off of Ann Arbor, in Oak Cliff.Honestly the prices are really reasonable for everything that they offer, the place is huge, lots to do activity wise, and everybody there has been working there for so long, it says a lot about the company.”

“I fell 30ft working construction, and i thought my life was over. However, i stayed positive and even through the severe pain, i never gave up. I was very weak and deconditioned so i was happy to be sent to PRIDE because i wanted to get better. Most people don't want to get better, so they don't bother trying and they don't fight through the pain. Some people actually believe that if they continue to hurt and show no improvement, that they will get more money from the insurance. I witnessed this first hand as a patient at PRID. The most popular question at pride was how much will my impairment benefits be? I guess most people would rather live in constant "pain" to get more money, than actually try to recover and get back to work. The entire staff is there to help you in any way shape or form so that you can get better. They do not promise you that the pain will go away entirely or that you will be like you were before the accident. They do tell you that if you follow their advise and do the exercises and stretches and keep a positive mind, you will learn to manage the pain. I'd like to give thanks to everyone at PRIDE for helping me feel better and improving my everyday life..”
