I have never got a massage like this one here with Lisa. I would not call it a massage, if you are looking to relax, this is not for you. If you are looking for tension release and can breathe through the pain of her strong hands on those tight muscles, this is a must try! I wouldn’t say all my pain is gone because I still have work to do on strengthening those muscles and keeping my bones aligned but I did have immediate knee relief that was a stubborn pain that I couldn’t seem to relieve.
