Design & Grace went above and beyond what might be expected from any company today. I mistakenly asked my item to be shipped to an incorrect address. They, out of the goodness of their heart, agreed to pick up the item and redeliver it to a different STATE for me! This is an example of a company that really cares about their customers!

It was December 23rd, and I was looking for a specific model Jura coffee machine in a very specific color. No one was able to get it to me in time for Christmas. Until I came across Design and Grace online and spoke to Tony, who couldn’t have been more helpful from the start. He patiently answered my many questions then went above and beyond to ensure that the exact machine I was looking for was delivered to me on Christmas Eve. Tony is a total pro, his follow up is second to none, and we couldn’t be happier with the product. Highly, highly recommend.

I ordered a Jura coffee machine on Amazon through this retailer. I had to adjust the order so I called them directly and Tony was a dream to deal with. I had to call him again 6 months later when I required a proof of purchase for a warranty repair. He was on holiday in the UK but through the power of the internet he again came to my rescue.
