I came in today and needed help, and DJ went out of his way, not only to find the three bolts and the hex wrench that I needed, but he also taught me how to check the sizes and figure out what I was looking for. Then he checked each of the bolts and made sure they were in the correct place before he sent me home with any that might’ve been put in the wrong spot since I didn’t get any spares. No one has ever gone above and beyond like that, and it was so kind. The employees themselves are friendly and helpful, but drivers should be prepared — getting a 53-foot trailer in and out of this location is not easy. You cannot enter from the interstate. You’ll need to go through the Pep Boys next door and back down to the nursery. The staff even stopped oncoming traffic to help me maneuver safely. I was able to park overnight in their lot, and they allowed us to use the restrooms, which was appreciated. The staff here are very kind people. The all-girl crew unloaded me quickly — less than an hour from start to finish. Once you get the truck positioned, everything else is smooth and pleasant.”

“True Roll door staff have been completely amazing with customer service and timeliness helping with my garage door opener. They tried to save me money by replacing a belt and just doing a service call instead of a new opener, which I was certain was needed. Despite their best efforts to save me money, I opted for a new opener. They were here and had it installed in a hurry and it is working beautifully. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the chemicals and the equipment, and will always try to recommend a cost-effective solution to a problem. We have drainage issues that cause our pool to get more than normal levels of groundwater and debris after a strong Texas rain, and he's gone above and beyond just the normal maintenance to get our pool back to normal when that happens. They are often very busy but do a good job of keeping up with the volume and the line always goes pretty quickly. We usually don’t have any issues with our orders. We recently ordered (2) cold brews that they made a mistake on, they added sweetener to them by accident. We went back inside and they replaced them quickly without any issue.
