DFW Premium Shutters

DFW Premium Shutters installed shutters on my previously bare bay window and the window above my sink. From start to finish, the process was extremely quick! Probably 5 weeks total from the in-person consult, to full installation. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service was unmatched. Molly communicated everything along the way and was a pleasure to work with. If anyone is needing shutters I highly recommend DFW Premium shutters. I will be returning to have our bedroom windows installed with shutters. ☺️

We had a great experience with DFW Premium Shutters. We did experience a short time before our shutters came, when we didn't get anyone to answer their phone or return calls. But then learned they had had a warehouse fire and had to find a new location this past spring. At any rate, our shutters came, were installed by two very nice guys who totally cleaned up before they left, and we are very pleased. So one day we were outside washing windows and my husband notice one of the frame boards was cracked. We called and a repair guy was sent right out right away who replaced the board and painted it before he left. We had great service. I've suggested these folks to other new neighbors who had great experiences as well ordering and getting shutters installed.
