Excellent family owned company with prompt service and courteous staff.

This was the company assigned to repair our garage door through our home warranty! So pleased with the service. They even looked at the other garage door not on their work order and adjusted it to make sure it was running well. I’ll be calling them again, even without a home warranty.

Fast, professional, courteous, very reasonable.
Thought I would need a new section of garage door, but they immediately told me they could fix what I had with support brackets. Re-programmed my GDO to my truck opener.

True Roll door staff have been completely amazing with customer service and timeliness helping with my garage door opener. They tried to save me money by replacing a belt and just doing a service call instead of a new opener, which I was certain was needed. Despite their best efforts to save me money, I opted for a new opener. They were here and had it installed in a hurry and it is working beautifully. I will be calling them again for a new garage door soon...and will be giving out their number to anyone who needs help with their garage door or opener. Great job to True Roll in Pilot Point - your service team was terrific and efficient and Kristen in the office has been amazing!

I've been doing many repair things around the house, called several companies for help and estimates. Most companies either did not respond or did not show up to do the work. Another garage door company did not show up Wednesday at 1 p.m.- didn't show at all. Other companies have let me down but not Tru-Roll. Tru Roll was at the house just before I got home. He wasn't rushing to get to the next job, did a great job with the install. Even checked my second garage door at my request. The price beat all others I checked. Nice installer, knew what he was doing- didn't even read the instructions, probably could have done it blindfolded. Great experience with this company.
