“MY LETTER TO OWNERSHIP: First off, great stylists but I'm only giving this place 2 stars because there are never enough stylists to handle the 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. drive time crowd. It's crazy. Guess what....this is when you need to be staffed!!! I walked in and right back out tonight. 3 people waiting and 1 stylist. NOT GOOD. If this is the case the next time I go by there for a haircut on my way home from work, it will be my last. I saw three customers turned away last time I was here for the same reason. The waiting area was full and the single stylist couldn't accept more customers before time to close! You're understaffed and the stylist(s) you do have is overworked and stressed as a result. That’s a recipe for disaster! If service improves, I have every intention of revising my review accordingly. Otherwise, I won't be back. I plan to give this place one more try because I really like the convenience of your location and I drive by it every night on my way home from work. Hire more stylists because you're losing business! It's common sense. 07/13/16 Revision: I'm changing my review from 2 to 3 stars based on one thing for now....the owner has reached out to me directly to assure me that they've addressed the lack of stylists problem and wanted to make me aware. This was very refreshing. The owner is very professional and cares about the customers and their experience. I'm looking forward to going back and trying this location out again very soon. I'll post another revision to my review based upon the experience but I'm expecting it'll be MUCH better! I'm hoping that my 3 stars may go up to 5 at that time. 05/31/18 Revision: I'm changing my review from 3 to 4 stars based on my last few visits. The hair stylists have been much more pleasant and in a good mood and I feel the owners are worthy of a 4 star review due to some of the changes I've seen made over the past couple of years. Nice work everyone!”
