“Power Up Yoga is an incredible workout for your whole body, your mind, your heart, your lungs. I really look forward to going to the 6pm classes and winding down after work. Doreen and Fred are great instructors and always supportive and professional. They know when to encourage you to go further and respect you when your body needs to rest. The class is filled with great people of all ages that respect each other and the purpose for being there. It’s not a competition and not intimidating. My wife and I have made good friends in this class. We are really disappointed any time we have to miss a class. Power Up Yoga makes me happy! Thanks Doreen.”
