“We have fond memories for the short time we lived here in 2016. All of it’s issues make it worthwhile if you LOVE living right on the trails! We were out on our bikes almost every day and the SUNSETS were incredible there! The apartments are older and need some work, but the rent was’t too high. Crime started to be a problem when we left and that’s unfortunate. I’m sure managemt has changed since we were there.”

Upon demoing the existing floors it was discovered that the concrete slab was too wet and would require drying by dehumidifiers and blowers before new flooring could be installed. Norris the owner who was extremely knowledgeable and professional, was at my house and set up the whole system to dry out the floors within 2 hours of my phone call.
