Service was good, food was prepared quickly, and it tasted really good. I got the All American burger with extra BBQ sauce. It came with fries and a drink and cost $10.81. “I had a bad experience at this location in Mid February. I shared my concerns and was contacted by “Sally” who oversees several locations. Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether. Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers. People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.”

“This place is by far the best Japanese restaurant in North Texas. After finding this place, we have been going here once a week over the last year. The quality of the ingredients and portions sizing are spot on. We have run into issues with surrounding competitors having inconsistent quality or over loading rolls. Weather you are looking for Hitachi or sushi, this is the place to go. If you are new to this place, I would suggest starting with the spicy tuna tower and/or the heart attack.”

I'm no onion ring connoisseur but they were alright. I didn't finish them. Had a oreo crumb milkshake, which was bomb. My friend had the Cali Sunrise with a side of curly fries.
