We replaced our hallway, foyer, living, dining and kitchen area with engineered wood floors and absolutely love the results! Pedro did the work and was polite and hardworking! When the tile was removed from the foyer our front door jamb was damaged …they took care of it by sending a professional team to replace the jam as well as new weather-stripping around the entire door. “TONS of seating, wall outlets are bit far in between. Bring a cable if you need to work. Its a fantastic and quiet place with a water works feature to zone out even more noise. I think they took an hour lunch break at 1pm fyi. Coffee was decent and price was even better. The drink overly sweet this time tho.”

“I called the 800# asking for a recommendation of an expression of sympanthy for a coworker. Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. I'm appreciative of, and pleased with, both helpful and professional interactions with In Bloom's employees.
