In Bloom Flowers

I called the 800# asking for a recommendation of an expression of sympanthy for a coworker. Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. I'm appreciative of, and pleased with, both helpful and professional interactions with In Bloom's employees. Thank you for a pleasant ordering experience for me and, more importantly, delighting the recipient at a time of family sorrow!

Can I just say WOW! Tricia and Heather were both amazing and Tricia's expertise and customer service was nothing short of subliminal.

I came in looking fo delicate, elegant, and aromatic flowers. My expectations were not only met but far superceded what I had hoped for. I would 100% recommend this floral shop for any occasion. Whether you need beautiful prearranged floral designs or for thoughtful personal arrangement (like mine), this is the only shop I will go to now after living in the area for almost 20 years.

Picked a ready made arrangement and Donna helped me add some finishing touches to celebrate my sister’s new baby. Beautiful shop and great service. I stopped at the grocery store first and that didn’t work, next time I know to stop here first! My daughter says: I think my cousin will like it😁

Emily was immensely helpful in picking out just what I needed for a bittersweet occasion for a dear friend. I wanted to be sure I was working with a LOCAL florist, and one who understood what I was looking for. She was patient and kind, and I couldn't have been more pleased to get a pic from the recipient. It arrived the same day I ordered and was beautiful.

First of like to thank Jennifer for taking my same day order mid morning early afternoon. I needed desperately to send my sister-in-law congratulations flowers and I was calling around and just when I was about to give up, I was actually able to make an order. Jennifer was so helpful, she was able to direct me to the perfect set of flower arrangements I was wanting to send and was very nice while taking the order. The flowers are gorgeous and the display is huge. Money well spent and I’m grateful for the service!
