Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. I'm appreciative of, and pleased with, both helpful and professional interactions with In Bloom's employees. Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether. Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers. People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.”
