“Stopped by to check our battery life on our car. A very helpful gentleman named Bryson came out let us know for sure our battery was dead. Went in knew exactly what we needed. Also gave us options for other O'Reilly stores if we were looking for a more cost effective battery. Then he came out to put the battery in for us. “I visited this location because I was concerned about a battery on my vehicle. I was recommended by a Nissan Technician who told me I'd should probably replace it. So, I had autozone check it, and they told me I needed to charge it, so they charged it for me. Then, they said that I should be good to go, but there might be something causing the battery to lose its charge. So, I drove around for a while before deciding to visit O'Reilly. I walked in and was promptly greeted by store personnel named "Trinity". I asked to have my battery checked, and she dropped what she was doing to assist me. We walked to my car, and after diagnosis, it was concluded that my battery was fully charged ( Good). I explained my situation and other steps I took before deciding to come to the store. She stated that I was fine. I asked about what prevents corrosion from occurring on the battery. She recommended something that was cost efficient and gave me a few paper towels so I wouldn't have to spend money on rags. Now that's customer service 👌 Thank you, O'Reilly, for making it convenient and easy to service my vehicle”

“I have read a handful of negative reviews in regard to the Denton GC. My experiences have not been bad at all. I found Nick, Isaac, and the others who I don’t know by name very helpful, friendly, and professional. I made a purchase of an item that was expensive for me but I didn’t take it out of the bag as I had been working 12-16 hours that week. When I finally got the item out, I realized it was an open box. I started to panic thinking that I had been done wrong and they would be unwilling to help. The store was closed at that time so I had to wait for them to open up again. When I returned to the store, it was very easy to make things right. They totally understood how I felt and helped correct the issue. I had to wait for a factory fresh device, but they took care of it and I was up and running 4 days later. I will not hesitate to shop at this location. It is smaller than many GCs but it is big on customer satisfaction. I gave 4 stars but that is only because they are a smaller store and don’t carry as much as others. If you are in a bind and need something immediately, you may have to travel.”

“Clyde is Amazing! Our battery went bad and he came to us a couple of stores away (in 95 degree HEAT). Jump started are vehicle then checked the 7 year old battery (it was bad). Got us a new one, put it in and then checked to make sure the alternator was good (it was). Then we saw a auto shade my wife and I both wanted. He went to the back and found a 2nd one. In addition he is a super nice person. Whoever hired him did right. TY Clyde!”

The guy that was there in the evening was rude and demeaning towards me, which I assumed was because I am a woman who knew exactly what I needed and didn't need help, and I don't have the time to deal with insecure men when I can just drive back to Sanger and be respected and treated as a CUSTOMER, not just a WOMAN. My hoohah has nothing to do with my ability to work on my truck 😏 So, I will drive 30 minutes to this location for ANYTHING I need for my truck, even if it's a quart of oil 🥰 The excellent customer service makes it WORTH IT!!!! 😁😁😁”
