Guitar Center

I called Denton Guitar Center to find out information on what audio products I needed in order to build a succesful studio. Gabriel sent me over to Carter in which he was more than happy to discuss various solutions and products I was attempting to put together. Overall the discussion gave me exactly what I needed and Carter stayed on the phone very patiently and answered every question I had which was fantastic, I'm glad I could call in and ask for help like this.

Brought in an online return right before closing, had an amazing experience with the return and the guys stayed a few minutes past close to help me out. Super appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness. 10/10

I have read a handful of negative reviews in regard to the Denton GC. My experiences have not been bad at all. I found Nick, Isaac, and the others who I don’t know by name very helpful, friendly, and professional. I made a purchase of an item that was expensive for me but I didn’t take it out of the bag as I had been working 12-16 hours that week. When I finally got the item out, I realized it was an open box. I started to panic thinking that I had been done wrong and they would be unwilling to help. The store was closed at that time so I had to wait for them to open up again. When I returned to the store, it was very easy to make things right. They totally understood how I felt and helped correct the issue. I had to wait for a factory fresh device, but they took care of it and I was up and running 4 days later.
I will not hesitate to shop at this location. It is smaller than many GCs but it is big on customer satisfaction. I gave 4 stars but that is only because they are a smaller store and don’t carry as much as others. If you are in a bind and need something immediately, you may have to travel.
