Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround.
