“A little pricey, but worth it for someone with social anxiety like me! This was the third laundromat I went to on a Sunday morning, because I wanted a place that wasn't too crowded. I was able to park right in front, wash & dry my clothes in an hour, and it wasn't packed full of people like the other 2 places I tried! The place is clean. The washers and dryers both work great.”

“I met with Ofelia both at her showroom and at my house, she was very nice and seemed to know her products. We paid her $500 to to a cabinet design for our kitchen on September 22, which she said would take about 2 days. After that, she stopped taking my calls or answering text messages. On October 9th, she emailed that she had a family situation that had been taking her time and would refund the money. Since then, she has not responded to me or refunded my money. Update: Oct 3rd Ofelia issued a refund for the design fee earlier this week and called today to give what I would describe as a very sincere apology. She explained that there was a complex family issue. The nature of the issue is not what I would describe as ordinary or something that would be recurring. I think that once some time has passed, things will be back to normal for her business at least, and I wish her family the best.”
