She teaches all levels together and is able to maintain the flow of the class. If you are a beginner you will never feel awkward because she will modify the poses to your level. She alternates yoga with core exercises. After my yoga class I always feel like I had a great work out . I recommend this class for people of all ages. I am over 60 and I have the flexibility and strength that would be the envy of much younger people. I owe all to my yoga practice!”
