“I visited this location because I was concerned about a battery on my vehicle. I was recommended by a Nissan Technician who told me I'd should probably replace it. So, I had autozone check it, and they told me I needed to charge it, so they charged it for me. Then, they said that I should be good to go, but there might be something causing the battery to lose its charge. So, I drove around for a while before deciding to visit O'Reilly. I walked in and was promptly greeted by store personnel named "Trinity". I asked to have my battery checked, and she dropped what she was doing to assist me. We walked to my car, and after diagnosis, it was concluded that my battery was fully charged ( Good). I explained my situation and other steps I took before deciding to come to the store. She stated that I was fine. I asked about what prevents corrosion from occurring on the battery. She recommended something that was cost efficient and gave me a few paper towels so I wouldn't have to spend money on rags. Now that's customer service 👌 Thank you, O'Reilly, for making it convenient and easy to service my vehicle”

“Before and after photos of my 1985 IROC-Z rims. They were worn out and clear coat was coming off and spotting. There were chemical spots on the paint and they were in rough shape. This place did an amazing job restoring them. They even redid the cuts on the aluminum part and painted the gloss colors exactly how I wanted. Awesome work, great service and quick turn around time. They told me the prices for everything up front, and they checked my air filter and topped off my tires for me, which I am grateful for. “This plays took care of me today! Didn’t try to sell me a tire that I didn’t need. I went in to get a tire because the low pressure sensor came on in the car. (Didn’t check the tire before, just went to replace it! My mistake) but they were honest and said that, I should just add air and not get a tire! “Cheapest place you’ll find gas. If you have an iPhone, you can use Apple Pay here. No need to worry about skimmers. I don’t usually go inside but I’ve seen the guy that people write about here. He’s a little cranky? Maybe, but the day I was there he left his store to go help a lady figure out how to work the gas pump. He may do it in his stern way, but having been to New York, he’s honestly harmless. Some of y’all are just plain sensitive.”

Stressed in no way did I need a new unit and gave me a repair quote lower than the first company. He and his staff were very polite, knowledgeable and performed all the repairs in a timely matter.
