“Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking.
