I'm surprised ppl complain about not being able to speak to the doctor on the phone. I have never had a doctor talk to me directly over the phone. It's a shame they are getting low reviews based on the call service. I cant speak for the other doctors, but I would recommend Dr Overstreet or Julie Hamilton to anyone looking for a doctor. They are both kind and compassionate. I truly feel like they care about my issues. I moved to Plano and still go out of my way to continue to see them.”

I long ago determined that if you need anything from his office that is better to just make an appointment and go talk to him. He is very patient and is one of the few Doctors left that will actually sit and talk to you until he has a true understanding of your issue. Don't you just hate it when the only time you ask a Doctor a question he only answers you as he is backing out of the door? Dr Carter will actually sit down and TALK.
