I contacted the company, and they came out the next day to estimate. They scheduled the work and were prompt and professional, but that is only half the story. The mark of true professionals is how they respond when there are problems. Given that my home is almost 50 years old, there were some "irregularities" in the way one of my circuits was wired. When they put everything back together, there was an issue that I did not discover until they had already left. I texted them, and they turned right around and came back. They could not fix the issue that day, but worked quickly to get us back on the schedule, and they just buttoned everything up this morning. A good contractor performs well under ideal conditions, but a GREAT contractor rises to the occasion when unexpected (and aren't there always with these older homes?) issue comes up. I could not recommend them more strongly!”
