On my first visit I had to get a tooth extraction and a root canal due to infections, my crown came out perfect and my socket healed up without issue thanks to the prescribed antibiotics. I am horrible about going to the dentist, so when I got a call from her office to set up another appointment it was much easier to convince myself to go especially since they do a follow-up call to remind you to come in. “Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. Give him a raise, promotion, or an acceptable act of appreciation Wal-mart for having such a kind, caring and outstanding employee. Thanks again CAM!!????????????”
