After I finally located the lab in the building (see comments at the end of this review*), I checked in and waited about 5 minutes before I was called. Jessy took my blood easily, even though many others have struggled to find a vein in my arm, and I was done and able to leave 3 or 4 minutes later even including doing the necessary administrative work. * The address for the lab says 'Plaza II' but the lab is located closer to the doors for Plaza III. If you enter the building through the Plaza II doors, make an immediate left and follow the corridor until you see signs for 'Quest Diagnostics'.”

I long ago determined that if you need anything from his office that is better to just make an appointment and go talk to him. He is very patient and is one of the few Doctors left that will actually sit and talk to you until he has a true understanding of your issue. Don't you just hate it when the only time you ask a Doctor a question he only answers you as he is backing out of the door? Dr Carter will actually sit down and TALK. It is great, he is a good doctor.”
