Service was good, food was prepared quickly, and it tasted really good. I got the All American burger with extra BBQ sauce. It came with fries and a drink and cost $10.81. “I had a bad experience at this location in Mid February. I shared my concerns and was contacted by “Sally” who oversees several locations. Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether. Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers. People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.”

Every once and a while its a bit tough to get a seat after ordering but I've always been able to find somewhere to settle in before my food comes out. (I see that as a good thing.) Keep it up!”

“This place is by far the best Japanese restaurant in North Texas. After finding this place, we have been going here once a week over the last year. The quality of the ingredients and portions sizing are spot on. We have run into issues with surrounding competitors having inconsistent quality or over loading rolls. Weather you are looking for Hitachi or sushi, this is the place to go. If you are new to this place, I would suggest starting with the spicy tuna tower and/or the heart attack.”

“My first time here, my friend has been here many times. Had the three strikes. The juiciest turkey patty I've ever had. Added a side of onion rings. I'm no onion ring connoisseur but they were alright. I didn't finish them. Had a oreo crumb milkshake, which was bomb. My friend had the Cali Sunrise with a side of curly fries. “DR. K is considerate and understanding. Inwas very reluctant to start anxiety medication because of stigmas I had attached to it. But he walked me through the process and didn't encourage or discourage my choices. I have been on medication since July of 2019 and it was best decision I ever made. Mental health is not a joke and needs to be addressed. This is a great clinic with very resourceful staff and educated physicians. Additionally he just notified me that he is going to be doing Saturday appointments to accommodate patients who can't take time off work. Very thoughtful!”
