“We have fond memories for the short time we lived here in 2016. All of it’s issues make it worthwhile if you LOVE living right on the trails! We were out on our bikes almost every day and the SUNSETS were incredible there! The apartments are older and need some work, but the rent was’t too high. Crime started to be a problem when we left and that’s unfortunate. I’m sure managemt has changed since we were there.”

There’s no words for Mrs. Teri the best Director I know making us as parents feel welcome. Glad she has a great Assistant Director Venus she’s great on customer service I love Christi, Betty and Mrs. Tina for doing all she has done for my daughter when it was tough for her. My son who is 2 loves to walk through in the morning and say hi to his teachers and his sisters befor starting his morning. Our oldest went for the summer and even just recently said he wish he could go see Ms. Dee. I would recommend for your children.”

“We were in a jam. Our delivery truck and trailer were broke down on I-35 service road in the Denton TX area. I called Jose and he quickly got rolling our direction. His communication was good. He stayed in touch with us about the repair. Up front he shared with us what his rates were and there were no surprises. It didn't take long and we were back on the road.
