Walmart Supercenter

Sometimes employees go out of their way to be helpful, others... not sure much! This Walmart has a pretty good variety of items, but sometimes they miss out on carrying so much more. The registers with humans tend to be less and less. So look forward to checking yourself out!

The pharmacy at Crossroads’s store is FABULOUS! They know customer service! After 6 years or so, I can honestly say they have never failed to impress! Stand in line and you are greeted. “We’ll be right with you!” In line, ready to pay… “We can check out your other items here, too.” Need a question answered? “I’ll go get the Pharmacist for you.” Takes just a few minutes at the drive through, but I always go inside to see these great people. Smiling, conscientious professionals in a surprise location. Thank you very much!

Let’s start by saying…it’s Wal-Mart & it isn’t what it was when Sam was alive. Yes, I remember those days but the store is clean, prices are fairly cheaper than Kroger or Target & they have the best bakery items & rotisserie chicken. My family’s preferred.
Just watch out for the crazy “to-go” cart employees, they will take a foot off you without noticing!

Busy location, they need more actual cashiers. Nobody wants to self checkout 300$ worth of groceries. The pickup service has improved since the app update a while back. They at least ask you if you're alright with them shipping part of your purchase. Previously, if they were out, you still paid for it and got it 2 to 3 days later on average. You can opt out of that now if you so desire. More cashiers please!
