This is the best food truck in town - and maybe all of Texas. Everything on the menu is fantastic!

Literally the best kung pao tofu I’ve ever had in my life. The kimchi Mac and cheese is amazing too.
This truck lives outside of Denton County Brewing Co., and is open Thursday-Sunday. They have pork/ chicken on the menu too if you aren’t into tofu.

Krysten at the Blind Fox catered our wedding reception. At every step of the way she was a joy to talk to, and took care to make our experience special. Our guests were in love with every single item in the menu. In fact, most people had every item in the menu and went out of their way to tell us how much they loved it.

Thank you Krysten for making our night a joy! We will definitely be stopping by to say hi and enjoy your delicius food in the future.

If you haven’t tried this you don’t know what you’re missing! First time here and it was amazing!! We had the KOREAN BBQ MEATBALL BAO BUN….wow! They were sooo good! Also had the kimchi Mac and cheese, yall this is absolutely the cheesiest most amazing Mac and cheese you can get! So so good! And we also had the wings, they were also really good, with a mildly sweet, mildly spicy sauce. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
