(August 18, 2022, 2:07 pm)10/10 on the banh mi sandwich. Although it was on the small side, the majority of the filling was the delicious pork which combined with the crisp veggies, sauce, and crunchy bread was absolutely delicious. Wish I tried this place sooner as it's right around the corner from work. Will be back soon and try other items.

(July 5, 2022, 10:53 pm)Genuinely one of the best food experiences in Denton. I haven’t tried a menu item I’m not obsessed with. Some of the best Egg rolls ever, the pork noodle bowl is to die for, and the loaded fries are crazy.
(April 9, 2022, 5:55 pm)As a former vegetarian, and current pescatarian, I've never had the opportunity to try a banh mi sandwich since they generally contain meat. We were near the square today for an Easter egg hunt and my wife suggested one of the food trucks at the event but I've been wanting to check out the Austin Street Truck Stop for a while so we headed there instead. It was a great decision as I was able to get a tofu banh mi sandwich and it was exceptional. I now understand why this sandwich is so popular and The Picked Carrot served me one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I can't recommend them highly enough.
(November 7, 2021, 7:19 pm)Quite good in taste although a bit on the expensive side w.r.t. the quantity. Would definitely recommend the Noodle bowl. The dishes would take 10-15mins on weekends and some more to find parking around this place. So, it would be a good idea to plan well.
