Wendi Little was amazing she handled everything great, even during the car shortage. She kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle as best she could. Trading in a car is always a crazy experience. But with the help of Melanie Gregg, the process was seamless. We had circumstances beyond our control that delayed our original buy/pick up dates. She worked with us, understanding that sometimes life just gets in the way. Melanie made sure that at each step of the process, we knew up front about costs, etc. She wanted to be sure that we were comfortable with all decisions. Tim Watson, the original salesman that I spoke with, sent photos to me of what I was in search of. He was able to accommodate me after one phone call, and sent a couple of different options to me one in particular with the exact color I thought I was in search of. After seeing it in person it was a different color than what I initially expected so I didn’t ask him to show me my first choice of model which was the Denali, and this is what I ultimately drove away with. Very nice gentleman, professional and accommodating to my specific requests. I believe his supervisor Mike, also assisted with this process, I am pleased with my purchase, and I will recommend to friends & coworkers. Thank you both, Tim and Mike!

What we like most about James Wood is that everyone is so nice and helpful. Phillip made our purchase very simple. Sunday I came in looking to get fitted for my daughter's wedding back in Grand Rapids. Devon Weston is awesome and everybody there is awesome! They treat you so good. When I get back from Grand Rapids I'm definitely going back there.
All the crew there is awesome and they need bonuses! They treated me so good and I'm so happy, especially as a black man, (thats rare). The service was awesome and I just want to say thank you and I really appreciate it. ( I'll be by there to let you guys know how the wedding went). Ive never been so happy walking out of a store completely broke before in my life, but I'm glad I spend every dime, and I'd be willing to do it again. I'm going to do it again! This Men’s Wearhouse location is great. I went in there to get a wedding suit and they did not pressure me into buying anything and I was able to get the exact suit I want, match accessories for it (tie shoes ect) and it was altered in great timing.
