Bay & Bay Transportation

My home terminal and it sucks been here a year and half now and I'm one of the last people out of the people that I started working with to still be here this guy named Dave the new manager and comes changes everything all he cares about is feeling the seats not the quality of the driver he don't care long as his bottom line moves this place used to be a home for good drivers not no more it's not the freight he's got his own family working here that's sad because they can do no wrong I used to love being here the people who worked here just the atmosphere of a good company not no more. But I'm not bashing because I have recruited for this place since he's been here I save drivers from leaving but not no more this place is really messed up now he came from dart trucking and he runs it like dart my take on that is you should have stayed at DART

Left orientation cause recruiters didn't inform me of in-facing cameras. They let me keep my rental car to go home. Their good people I would work for them if I didn't have the camera in my face. Everyone was very friendly. Nice hotel & driver lounge.

I just completed orientation today at Bay and Bay, It was the most organized, informative, and enjoyable orientations that I've ever attended. Very nice facility with drivers lounge, shower, laundry facility and full service garage with outstanding mechanics.
Judy works in safety and is the orientation coordinator, very knowledgeable and she's got the ability to make the entire experience enjoyable.
Mark is also with safety, a wealth of knowledge and a nice guy.
Everyone here appears to be truly happy, from dispatch, safety, orientation, and drivers. I think I made a great decision making the move to Bay and Bay.
