I want to tell you that the Dr and the receptionist are absolutely outstanding they help you understand the tests what they can do to help and being a veteran give you all the info you need to start your paperwork with the VA. I will recommend them to all I know for hearing help Thank you so much

Dr. Roby made maximum use of our time. When she saw my son had passed his initial hearing tests with flying colors. She listened to us, learned his history, gave some other tests and got to the root of the problem. I feel like she took her time and really cared about my son as a patient and person. She made sure he understood what she was telling him and that he was informed enough to make decisions. She booked a second meeting after her work hours to just talk with him and help him accept his hearing loss. I feel she went above and beyond as a doctor. As a parent I am grateful and thankful for someone like her to come along and walk us down this unknown scary path. She did it with humor and sensitivity. We are forever thankful for her schooling and training that allowed her to properly diagnose our sons’ hearing problems and know a treatment that would allow him to finely feel whole and hear the world as we do. Life changing - truly a miracle that we have prayed for. Thank you.
Side note- staff was kind and location was easy to get to and building was clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent in every way. I have been treated by Dr.Katie Bessent since 2014 and she is one of the most patient person I have ever come across. She listens to all my auditory needs and tries to help me out - every single time. I do not think I could have received better care anywhere else. So thankful. And wonderful front desk people too.

I know the Caudles from their work with developmentally disabled people who live in the area and have always been impressed with their treatment and their success with these special people. So when I knew I needed help with hearing problems I went to Denton Hearing Health Care. As a patient I have only met with Katie, but she is as good as they come. I am so happy with the care I receive. Their follow up service is incredible. This is just an excellent group of professionals.
