Have been seeing Dr Winter for little over a year. He has gone over and beyond for me and getting injections approved for my knee OA that were turned down in the past.
He takes the time to listen to your issues.
I would recommend Dr Winter to anyone needing a Ortho Dr.

I took 1 star away because his staff is totally inconsiderate. I am very punctual maybe its the military that is still in me or maybe I have high standards and just expect to much.
When I am told I am going to get a call the next day I expect that call.
I was scheduled for surgery, and then decided to post pone and reschedule. His office scheduler was suppose to call me the next day. No call. I get a call from the hospital nurse 3 days before the surgery that I had canceled calling me to go over my before instructions. When I told her I canceled my surgery for that day she had no clue and asked if I had told the DRs office.
She said she would send them an email. The following morning Alicia calls my wife, and tells her she received an email that I said I had canceled. My wife says we had told you in the office the day we were in and needed to reschedule and you said you would call and never did. Her comment was oh it was a chaotic day. Not my problem. If you can not do your job speak up and ask for help. Not once did she ever ask when I wanted to reschedule. I don't have the patience for ignorance.

Two years since Dr Winter replaced my hip, everything remains GREAT! Can't thank him and his team enough for the wondrous improvement in my quality of life. 👍👍👍

Dr. Winter and his staff and absolutely wonderful! I would and have recommended him to my friends and family. I had a hip replacement in December and I am so blessed he was my surgeon. He is an excellent surgeon and Dr.
