When I paid off my home mortgage I was running late on a Friday afternoon and couldn't make it before the lobby closed to get a cashier's check. Ralph made sure I was able to get the cashier's check (no charge) even after hours. Ralph Rocks! Another thing that is super handy is the pass through box. I deal with a lot of coin and the drive through tube can't always accommodate the weight. They gave me a key to a pass though box where I can make deposits without coming inside. If you are a small business or individual I highly recommend this bank. They are willing to go above and beyond to earn your business.”

I've never really run into any problems. They have been responsive when I've had needs or questions. And I don't know who said they closed at noon, but they don't. Different branch lobbies close anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. Just call. No biggie.”
