“My Jeep windshield got pelted with some gravel from a gravel truck. I noticed about a 1/2 inch chip/crack, and immediately called Done Right. I was told to bring it right in and they would work me in. When I arrived, despite being busy with customers, they came right out to look at it. I was warned that occasionally while repairing, a crack can spread a little bit during the repair process. I agreed to have it repaired because a small, barely visible, repaired crack is better to me than buying a new windshield or making a claim on my insurance. My Jeep was repaired in less than 20 minutes, and the crack looks better than when I brought it in to them. I can barely see it. I will definitely use Done Right again if the need arises! Awesome customer service!”

Tire pressure is 32 and they put 42 in 2 and 46 in 1. My sensors wouldn't go off so I stopped into JL and they used the tire pressure gauge. That high of pressure is very dangerous, Discount Tires needs to use a pressure gauge.”

“When I first contacted Helios I received a reply almost immediately and Nadya was very helpful in finding a good time for me to bring my car in and offered to come pick it up if necessary. The day I got my car tinted I was greeted by Joe and, with the help of Robert, I was walked through the different types of tint and all the options. I never felt pressured, just well informed about why they recommended this over that. Once everything was worked out, rather than having me wait around, Joe drove me into town and helped my complete some errands. At the end of the day the work was done and it looks beautiful. After care instructions were given to me and they even put a sticker over my window controls reminding me not to roll them down for a few days, because you know I would have at the first toll or drive through without thinking.
