“I use this location as a local Primary Care Facility. I have had my primary care physician switched twice without me being advised when it was done. I was in limbo waiting for service review was only then told that the physician had left service at this location. The new primary care physician seems to be okay. She has asked necessary questions I think to get information needed to complete my basic care. Compared to other locations that I have been too, this location is very efficient with time. The staff here seem to care about the job they do and the veterans they help. I have called for needed things and was able to get those things done via this location.”

“This was the best place I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and treated you like family. I have never seen a place that cares so much for their patients. I can not thank this group of people enough for what they have done for my dad. I wished there was more people like the staff at Horizon Medical Center. The care they gave my dad went above and beyond the call. They treated him with respect and courtesy and compassion. They showed me and my family with the same kindness and respect. And they let us help where we could with my dad rehab. In my dad's last days they showed us so much love and compassion and understanding. May God Bless you all. Me and my family appreciate everything they did. Each nurse was loving and caring. Each nurse's aide was the same. The resiptortary therapist was determined to help get the pneumonia out of my dad's lungs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for their loved ones. “Everyone has been absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. I love that when I arrive I get to go right back and start physical therapy with Jordan. He makes me feel comfortable and challenged so I can improve my issues. Dr Camacho listened to me and spent adequate time during our initial consultation to get my medical history. He has started analyzing, diagnosing, and helping me improve my pain and skeletal issues after just 3 visits. I have never worked out or been active besides Zumba, but I honestly look forward to my physical therapy every time I have it. It is worth it for me to drive 70 miles each way to have the service and patient relationship that this practice offers.”

“In the last 6 months, I have visited several doctors and was sorely disappointed. I am pleasantly please with the visit I had today. The office staff was warm and inviting. The doctor was patient and helpful. I pray nothing changes between now and my next visit. Update...things changed! The first visit was amazing. And i am very disappointed at the chaos that happened over the last few weeks. This office is unprofessional and they lie to you over and over and over again. I presented paperwork for them to complete and they lied to me so many times, I had to report them to the insurance company. They will try to do unnecessary testing on you to milk your insurance. The turnover of staff is crazy, and that’s something the insurance rep told me. That was the reason they gave for lying to me about the paperwork they can’t seem to locate. They run a very chaotic office. While waiting for them to find some paperwork I had given them, I was able to see other people’s medical records that lay open on the desk. Stay away from this place at least until they get some organization.”
