“Very happy to be back at my old apartment were my mother use to live in for over 10 years and to have all these great upgrades in it is great. I'm so thankful for Nelly she definitely was very helpful and made the leasing processes less overwhelming as me and my husband are an elderly couple, she is always making sure we are well taken care of and asks us if everything is going well and how we like our new apartment home. Happy to say we will be living here for years to come. Thanks again Nelly you are definitely an Angel sent form Heaven. The new management has definitely changed up the way of living here at the Loop Apartment on what use to be know as Loma Del Rey and as for the roaches there is none in my unit but they do preventative care and the pest control company comes once a week as to my understanding. “Had a transmission rebuilt on a 1997 gmc pickup. Paul told us what to expect and he delivered 100%. He called after the transmission was taken out to let us know what he found. Rebuilt the transmission. And we were back on the road within 4 days. Very organized. Very truthful. Very nice. Definitely recommend him. “This morning got off to a terrible start. When I pulled up at the drive-thru I was extremely emotional. I attempted to stop crying before I got to the window but the tears kept flowing. I pulled over to eat my food because food usually brings me comfort, but not this time. I was still sobbing while I was eating and then I needed to wipe ketchup from my fingers so I reached for a napkin. This is when my day got a little brighter. The napkin read: Hope your day gets better! ❤. There are still kind and empathetic people in the world and one of them works at this burger King. “I emailed them for a quote for some easy work and I was out the door for far less than what I was quoted. I tried to make an appointment so I could get in and out as fast as possible but I was told it was "first come first served" over the phone. I showed up right at 8AM and left about 11AM. The other people seemed to have appointments because there were people ahead of me and people showing up at specific times so I am not sure how all that works but I wish I could have made an appointment. Other than that I am very happy with the work and the price. The staff was super nice the waiting room was updated and nice, the bathroom was clean. The young lady at the counter put something on the TV for my 5 year old to watch while we were waiting. All around good experience for a fair price. I definitely would recommend them.”

“Dr. Howell is truly phenomenal. I’ve been to several different chiropractors over the years and he is by far the best. It’s difficult to find someone who genuinely cares about the patient and is also an expert in their field. He is very personable and listens to each individuals needs, rather than apply a “one size fits all” approach to care. That is so important for successful treatment. He is also more than fair with treatment pricing which helps make the treatment more accessible for everyone. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend anyone who is seeking not just spinal treatment but overall better health and well being to come see Dr. Howell and his team. The office ladies are also amazing and excellent at what they do! Everyone is so friendly and you feel like you belong the moment you walk in. Lucy is wonderful to talk to and keeps the office running smoothly. Jen is a true gem for therapies and nutrition. Honestly I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. I’ve had several good experiences in the past and several that weren’t so good. I can definitely say I’ve finally found the right place for me!”
