Dr. Tim Shepherd and the team (Virginia, Ben, Hiromi, Jeanne etc.) have taken care of our children and my wife and I for nearly 30 yrs. They are thoughtful, caring, professional, excellent doctors and practitioners. From the simple to the complex, from youth to golden years, there is wisdom and experience here to move you towards healing. We have had our babies (now in their 30's!) and my 83 year old mother in their care through the years and the attention to detail and health pursuit has been consistent and top shelf. I recently have gone through some great physical challenges - Ben Shepherd has been the point person along with Dr. Shepherd, Virginia and others on the team. Their care and expertise have been nothing short of life-saving. This is nothing new to us though, because they have shown this level of care for all the years we've come to their family practice. One of the vital aspects of health care is teaching personal responsibility. At Shepherd Family Medicine I have not only received actual vital medical help but their encouragement and education through the years has helped me pursue better diet, exercise, rest, hydration, relationship building and spiritual development - which are the real building blocks for true recovery. We are forever grateful for their service and highly recommend this place for healing and health.
