“Update: I went back in to get a reexamination, and Tiffany B. did a great job correcting the issues from the last exam. I was given a new prescription and trial contacts. The doctor I had this time was much more thorough with the exam and more attentive to what I was saying. Today's appointment was a total 180 from the one I had last time. I really appreciate the effort Tiffany spent listening to us, explaining the different things that happened, and correcting everything so that I get the best possible vision. Original: My husband called up to find out pricing for an exam since we're paying cash. They kept insisting that the exam price was $89. They didn't tell us until we were there that that's only if you buy contacts or glasses through them. The tech set up a zoom call with someone managing the device remotely. The image they were using to test my eyes was doubled the whole time, and when I mentioned this, the lady told me it's ok, just pick one to focus on. She sped through testing which lenses work better for me, and never verified that my left eye had the best image without my right eye compensating for it. Well, after deciding to buy the contacts cheaper somewhere else, they didn't bother to order a trial pair of contacts, and when my order of contacts came in, my left lens won't stay in the correct place, causing it to be blurry. This is like the fast food version of eye service. If you want fast, it's great, but if you want a quality product, you'll need to go elsewhere.”
