Great park, visited with a friend. Awesome trials, plenty of trees and circles several ponds. I like the informative placards with birding & environment information. Great habitat for birds.
Nice short trail. Very pretty. Paved paths. Some parts of the trail were trashy. Wish people would not do that.
One of the nicer places to walk or run in the area. Lots of wildflowers, trees, ponds, and creeks.
The Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt was one of the reasons our family bought a house in the Shaddock Creek Estates. We really enjoy the walks through the greenbelt and its ponds. Since this greenbelt has a very natural look, it feels you are walking in forest instead of manicured city park. We have spotted bobcats, coyotes, hawks, and 1 beaver before (in addition to countless frogs/toads, field mice, turtles, egrets, ducks, etc.).
This trail is so pretty and there are super fun dirt trails off to the sides. The trail is clean and well kept. I just wish that people would take care of their dogs business 😕. 10/10 for the trail though. My brother did the while thing and loved it. Super fun would recommend
