“We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday through Monday. We reserved a full hookup site nearest the hiking trails. We were very close to restrooms and cabins and the hiking trails started only a few hundred feet away. The trails were well maintained and easy to follow. Our three dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay and daily walks. No parking on the grass. Lots of campers brought their dogs and all were leashed and friendly. It was perfect!”

Ruff Range Dog Park

Address: Memorial Road, 5335 4th Army Dr, Frisco, TX 75034, USA

Park

“We love this park! Used to go to the one in The Colony, but it was frequently tense there. Most people are very friendly here and watch/guide their dogs well, and of course you have the occasional Karen but they’re everywhere. Very clean on Fridays, can’t speak much for the other days. I rarely see owners picking up their dog’s poop here but the park is big enough to avoid it. Just watch your step! Overall very fun environment for the dogs.”

“Nice small park for a short walk or just walking around and enjoy the view. Very clean, very green. You can also take a bike and go to a trail next to this park which is called Four Mile Run. Plenty of bicycles are there on a trail. So watch out for them if you are walking.”
